I explain my problem and I'm sure someone in this great forum will help me.
Introduction - my audio chain is composed of behringer rack:
ULTRAVOICE VX2000
Ultra-Curve Pro DEQ2496
Ultraflex pro EX3200
Tube Composer T1952
virtualize pro DSP2024P
w2ihy ibox
TS-2000 (not modified).
Yesterday I tried to connect the iBox to acc2 13 pin socket TS-2000.
ibox Groung to pin 8 acc2,
ibox PTT to pin 9 acc2,
mic ibox to pin 11 acc2,
ibox shield to pin 12 acc2.
There is a problem!...... For example, if I press the PTT and immediately start talking my sound is very low, but after 3-4 seconds returns to normal. My audio is transmitted with a delay. But I realized that when I connecting audio equipment to acc2 my audio is not through the DSP and the audio becomes flat and very understandable, but with a little 'noise. Instead, if I connect my audio chain and my ibox jack on the front panel of my TS2000 when I push the PTT my voice can be heard immediately. without delay. Is there any possessor of the TS-2000 that has had the same problem? delay and noise in trasmission how did you solve it? Is there any menu settings that help me solve the problem? Some OM have already connected their equipment to the acc2 with excellent results and I am sure that I will be able to improve its sound. Waiting for reply I wish you a happy new year. Howdy Maurizio,
We used to use the TS-2000 with the Audio going into the ACC2, although we did not use the I-box. The audio cable from the rack mixer was wired directly into the ACC2 Pins 11 & 12, and keyed pins 8 & 9 with a foot switch for ACC2 control.
We never had any issues as you described. The only issue we had was RFI and it took many Mix31 chokes on the ACC2 input cable to stop it.

thanks for your fast response. For me it is an honor to receive your attention. If in your test you've never had problems of delay in transmission and you only had RFI problems then I think I'll have to check the w2ihy ibox or contact w2ihy. I also realized that in the w2ihy site does not sell cable that connect ibox to acc2 TS2000 or not I found them. Could it mean something? Maybe ibox can not be connected to the TS2000 acc2? I look forward to some other response or experience from other experts in the forum and then take off from the ibox audio chain. Sorry for my english. I thank you and wish you a happy new year. The I-Box should work just fine into the ACC2 as there are others using it. just be sure you have the correct pins hooked up from the I-Box to the DIN.
Another thing you might double check is the actual pin #'s on the DIN. It can get confusing on how they show the pins in the manual compared to the Pins on the Plug. In the Manual they show the Socket looking at the rear of the TS-2000. So it should be the same numbering looking at the rear of the DIN Plug.
As far as the Menu's in the TS-2000, We never messed with the packet Menu's so they were never changed from Default. You might try a Manual Reset of the Rig and try it again. Doing so will cause you to loose all your memories and Menu settings.
Here is how to do it from Page 92 of the Manual.
FULL RESET
Perform a Full Reset if you want to erase all the data
in all the memory channels. In addition, this function
resets all the settings that you customized, to the
factory defaults (i.e.- menu settings, antenna tuner
preset data, etc.).
Reset the transceiver by pressing [A=B]+[ ].
A confirmation message appears when performing
the Full Reset. Press [A=B] to proceed. Otherwise,
press any other key to cancel the Full Reset and
return to normal operation.
When you perform the full reset:
• “HELLO” appears on the display.
• All frequencies, modes, memory data and AT
preset data are set to the factory default values

your own answers and your experience are essential for me. I reset my TS-2000 and I wired a new plug acc2. Now, the audio chain enters the w2ihy ibox and then enters through acc2 in the TS-2000 and there isn't delays in my audio transmission but there is a noise uuuuuuuuuuuuuhuuuuhuuuuuu that is "attenuated" (not eliminated) by adjusting the menu 50b to position 1 (4 is the default). Now I'm going to put around the cable many ferrite rings and if the noise continues (uuuuuuuhuuu. ....) I try to remove from the audio chain ibox and I connect directly the audio chain to acc2 plug with cable covered with ferrite cores. Have you any other suggestions to write? I hope to read you soon?
