My Audio chain includes a DEQ2496 and I have just purchased the EX3200 and I will use the mod with the unbalanced cable going from channel 1 into 2.

My question is, do I put EX3200 before the DEQ or after ? And is there any recommended internal EQ settings for the radio, they are currently at the factory default settings.

Total setup consists of:
PR40
MIC2200
DEQ2496
DSP2024P
MX882
FT2000

There are many individual settings here on the forum.
Emphasis is placed on "Individual" because no two system is alike, just as no two voice is alike.
Spend some time getting an intimate knowledge of your equipment, as only you know how you want to sound on the other end.
