Putting it all together is where the fun begins.

1) EX3200 waiting to be VooDoo (Oh yeah!)
2) Symetrix 528e
3) W2IHY ibox
4) DSP 2024 Virtualizer
5) DBX 286A
6) ??????????????? What is missing here and where?

PS The mic is going be a choice of the Heil PR 40 or the PR 35 going to a TS-870 taking it in the rear!

Looking forward to suggestions

Howdy do,
Interesting line up. I had noticed that you have 2 Mic pre's? Can you fill us in there?
I believe the DBX286a is your best bet on the mic pre and downward expander. You need a Parametric EQ to go next inline for the shaping, next the EX3200 on into a compressor then into the Virtualizer pro into the ibox then to the TS870.

No reason other than those are what I have at the moment.
I am on a fact finding mission, and is seeking the experienced knowledge of seasoned VoooDoo operators to share their knowledge with me. I'm all EARS at this moment with a thirst for invoking the spirits of VooooDoo Audio.
