Howdy Joe,
Welcome to the X-treme ESSB Audio Forum!!!
Glad to have you here.
If you look thru all the past posts there are several starting points given for someone just starting out.
The most important aspect of this hobby is to learn the equipment, then apply what you learned to the equipment.
How do you do this, you ask?
By Talking endless hours into the microphone and cranking on the knobs to hear what each control does and how you like it.
Check out this post as it gives great advice and also some starting settings.

You really cant use someone else's settings, it can be a starting point, but there are too many variables involved for it to be perfect for your voice and equipment.
Take Care,
