Kenwood TS 590

Hi Folks
I'm wondering why I have not heard much about essb on the Kenwood
TS 590, any comments ?

I haven't any experiance with the ts-590. But I know a few 870 owners who tried the 590 . The reports from them and what I heard weren't that good.
The 590 didn't come close to the 870 in the monitor or transmit audio. Two of these guys sold the 590 within a few weeks. Listening to the tramsmitted audio of the 590 was ok, I'd say about like a icom 756 pro,
Ok, but not up to the 870's.
