Was wondering if anybody has tried this mic I got one replaced the tube in it to a RCA grey plate and had some riffy problems but got it calmed down with some mix 31s and seems like it sounds good to me just wondering

White noise ?
Hey guys I'm having white noise when I'm not talking but keyed up on FM Im running a multi gate pro xr 4400 to get rid of the back round noise and when I turn down either via I box or mixer board it gets rid of it but they can barely hear me or I'm pinched up any ideas is a downward expander differe...
