Hi Chris, I did pick up a GE 5 Star black plate (6072) tube and installed it last weekend did hear a slight difference right away...it's a NOS so now need to do some burn in time. I recently bought a T3 and now looking into the capsule replacement, thanks for the info.
On your "to do list" have you had time to replace the tube yet? if so what tube or if not what tube are you thinking about using.

I see that the DEQ2496 process goes in the order that I see on the screen,GEQ,PEQ,DEQ,DYN,Limit, so in my current order I was using the PEQ then the expander/gate on ch 1, I have now added the aphex 622 so that I can use the gate before the EQ as I have to much noise in the shack(something I'm worki...

Thanks for the help, I should of stated in my previous post that I was hearing it all the time, so I have now readjusted the compression and it is gone :D I also did plug the headphones into the DSP2024 to take a listen and it sounds good now, no RFI problem either. Being new to this I'm still learn...
