Howdy Howard, Well, We seem to be saying this allot lately, but unfortunately those units have never been experimented on at the Voodoo-LABS. We've got no information on them at all. Best we can say is tear into em and try it! See what happens!! Take Care, thank you VG, appreciate your reply. I can...

The EX2200 and the EX3100
Good Morning Guys and Guru's, I have the EX2200 and the EX3100. My question is : Can these units be modified along the lines of the super EX3200 , to give that "extra spatial" sound. ?? If so, any idea how I interconnect the left and right channel. I am using Mic into MIC2200 left channel , into MDX...

Howdy Howard, Ahhhh yes, I looked again and you are correct, I stand corrected on the Heater being powered. I am not a fan of Starved Plate applications using a low Anode voltage. I feel it is a waste of resources. If you are going to go thru the motions of using a tube you might as well use High P...

Aquick trick with the 2200
Aquick trick with the mic2200. Seems a bit obvious to me.have you tried using the parts of the 2200 in series ?? The first part as mic. amp and para-equalizer, then into the second part, as line amp, with parametric set to different freq.. you get 2 for the price of one (unless you want to do stereo...

Howdy Howard, The Tube is also using what they called "Starved Plate Voltage" of about 30 to 50 volts in lieu of 150 to 200 volts. The Filaments are also unused, they put an incandescent lamp behind it to light the tube up. Take Care, Good morning voodoo Guru...well, I must take you to task a littl...

Debunking the Behringer Myth.
Debunking the Behringer Myth. Lets take a quick look at the MC2200 ---- Vacuum tube Ultragain Stage..Wrong.....The Ecc83 is configured as a cathode follower. Now, don't get me wrong, I loke the modern Behringer quality, but WHY do they have to put so much misleading sh1t on their equipment. Keep it ...

Re: We're. Not Retreating, Just Advancing In Another Directi
History, the Past, Memories, Recordings document a time not to be forgotten. We always prefer to submerge ourselves well into the greater/positive/smiling times. And this is the EXACT event which took place when I ventured to search optical drives for salvation of eSSB moments captured in the digit...

Of course, the strength of their support is a welcome, even if it's just a mic and preamp. At times I just sit and listen to some swapping microphones and hunting for audio reports. I still hear guys helping each other over the air--"no, add a little more bass.." **Today on 17M, pile up on Ireland ...
