TS 870 rear fed high band ALC pulse
Hi I recently purchased a ts-870 and am feeding the audio from a Behringiner B-1 into a DBX ProVocal then into as DBX 231 EQ into the rear ACC2 Connector. On 20 meters -10 meters it works great.... on 40 meters down I get an ALC pulse - The ALC maxes out whenever I speak no matter how low the drive....

Hi,
I would like to experiment with my Icom 735 to widen it up a bit to at least 3k if not more. Can it be done? Has anyone tried? is there a way to feed audio through the acc2 port?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
